Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify Dressfy immediately of any unauthorized use.

Dressfy may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to the security or integrity of the Services.

3. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

Paid features may be offered via subscription, including free trials where applicable. Pricing, trial duration, renewal cycles, and other billing terms are disclosed at checkout and in your confirmation email. Unless you cancel before the end of a trial, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid plan and renew at the stated interval until canceled.

You authorize Dressfy (or its payment partners) to charge the payment method on file for all applicable fees and taxes. If a charge is not successful, Dressfy may suspend or limit access to the Services until payment is completed.

For subscriptions purchased through app stores, billing and cancellation are managed directly by the respective platform and may be subject to their policies.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing cycle; no further charges will apply.

Because Dressfy delivers digital services and content immediately, refunds are limited and may be granted only in specific circumstances (e.g., duplicate charges or verified technical errors). If key features have already been accessed or delivered, refunds will generally not be granted.

Refund requests for purchases made via App Store or Google Play must be submitted through those platforms and are subject to their policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, systems, or networks associated with the Services.

• Do not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
• Do not use automated means to scrape or harvest data.
• Do not upload malicious code, infringing content, or violate third-party rights.
• Do not use the Services to train competing models without express permission.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Dressfy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, Dressfy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services. By submitting content, you grant Dressfy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display the content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Services.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not infringe third-party rights.

8. AI Features and Disclaimers

Recommendations (e.g., outfits, colors, or style advice) are generated by algorithms and are provided “as is” for informational purposes. They may not be accurate for every context or user. You are solely responsible for your reliance on any outputs.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services. Dressfy is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DRESSFY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRESSFY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Dressfy harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services.

13. Termination

Dressfy may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

14. Changes to the Services or These Terms

Dressfy may modify the Services or these Terms from time to time. If changes occur, the “Last updated” date will be adjusted.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the legal entity operating Dressfy.
